Check Out Our New Way To Check In!

If you haven't seen and used it already, we want to introduce our new way to check in for your appointment.  All you need to do is type in your last name (just your last name) and enter your month and day of birth from the pull downs.  A picture of you will pop up which asks Is this is you?.  Simply click on the yes button and that is it.  What makes this so great is that the assistants no longer have to run back and forth checking to see who is here and trying to determine who came in first.  Now when you check in through the computer it goes straight to the computer in the clinical area and they know exactly who has checked in and at what time.  This has allowed for a much smoother flow and now the assistants can spend more time helping Dr. Shefferman with patient care rather than running from back to front checking to see who is in the waiting room.  As with any new technology there is always a period of adjustment, but we know you can do it.
